Chicken fried steak is real good. The buffet used to be a lot better than it is now.
to be honest most travel centers are just atuned to truckers but being updated with the latest and greatest with no hassle is still possible in the future
I had to ziti dinner. The outside 1/3 was warm, the center was cold. The waitress was very friendly and apologetic she would have taken it back. But it was so large I just ate the outside edge and I left the cold part in my plate and went back to work.
Because I'm a truck driver, I hate travel plazas. This is a travel plaza. I love that they have a breakfast buffet, but that is the only thing it has over the travel plazas around it. You say "it's got a huge parking lot" it does, but they haven't had Noah and the animals back to repaint the parking space lines since he first put them down. You know what a truck driver does with lots of pavement and no lines. "I've got my spot, you get yours" who cares if he is blocking everybody else. Leaving here is like playing Pac-Man, only you're driving the Pac-man. Buy some paint Petro, redo your lot.
